JL300-G4 / Fully Lined Diaphragm Valve Series

Diaphragm valve is a special form of valve with cut-off function. Its opening and closing parts are composed of a diaphragm made of steel valve disc and soft materials (rubber and fluoroplastic composite), and the valve body cavity is separated from the valve cover cavity to achieve the purpose of cutting off the medium inside the pipe.

FEATURES:

1.The composite diaphragm separates the lower inner cavity of the valve body from the inner cavity of the valve cover, and forms a direct current channel with it, completely isolating the valve stem, valve disc, and other internal components on the upper part of the diaphragm from the medium, eliminating the need for packing sealing structures, and avoiding both internal and external leakage of the medium;
2.The diaphragm composed of FEP (Teflon) fluoroplastics and synthetic plastics, as well as the valve with Teflon fluoroplastic lining layer, can be suitable for various highly corrosive medium except for molten alkali metals and elemental fluorine.
3.As diaphragm of the actuator, it is prone to wear off and break due to frequent opening and closing. Regular replacement should be carried out depending on the working condition, medium, and characteristics.
