JL300-WT4 / Electric Fluorine Lined Regulating Valve

The main purpose of electric fluorine lined regulating valves is to directly change the flow rate of the regulated medium, so as to maintain the controlled process parameters (such as pressure, flow rate, etc.) at the given value. And it is widely applicable for process control and regulation of highly corrosive and toxic, volatile gases and liquid medium such as acids and bases. The characteristics are small size, light weight, wide adjustable range, flow design according to equal cross-section, low flow resistance, large valve capacity, stable and reliable operation, accurate flow characteristics, convenient disassembly and calibration, etc. Widely used for automatic regulation and remote control in production processes such as chemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgical, power, light textile, and papermaking.

FEATURES:

1.This product consists of a straight through single seat fluorine lined valve body and an actuator. The actuator is divided into two types: pneumatic and electric.
2.The pneumatic actuator is pneumatic multi spring diaphragm type, with compact structure and high output torque.
3.The electric actuator is integrated structure, with compact electronic structure and small volume.
4.The valve stem seal lining adopts bellow made of PTFE material and double seal made of PTFE packing, which can completely eliminate the phenomenon of medium leakage from the active gap between the valve stem and packing.
5.The outer surface of the valve stem inside the bellow is entirely lined with fluoroplastic, so even if the bellow is damaged, corrosion will not affect the normal use of the valve.
6.The unique multi-level sealing protection structure design at the connection between the bellow and the valve stem, valve core, and valve body cover prevents all medium leakage.
7.The lining material FEP/PFA of the valve body inner wall and valve components in contact with the fluid are formed using high-pressure molding process.
8.Flow characteristics: linear characteristics and equal percentage characteristics.
9.Valve core form: single seat plunger type valve core.
