JL300-Z4 / Fluorine Lined Gate Valve

Gate valve is the most common type of opening and closing valve, which uses wedge-shaped gate plates sealed on both sides to connect or shut off the medium in the pipeline. Wedge gate valves are not allowed to be opened slightly in the pipeline as throttling devices in case of accelerated damage to the sealing surface due to the erosion of high-speed flowing medium.

FEATURES:

1.The valve body has two shapes: flat and round: GB valves use round bodies, ANSI Class valves of DN ≤ 300Lb use flat bodies, DN ≥ 400Lb use round bodies. The inner cavity of the valve body and bonnet, as well as the outer surface of the gate and valve stem, which are directly in contact with the medium, are all lined with FEP (F46) or PCTFE (F3) and other fluoroplastics;
2.The sealing pair is made of FEP (F46) or other materials, with low friction coefficient and low opening and closing torque;
3.The packing adopts PTFE (F4) standard packing, with good sealing performance and convenient maintenance and replacement;
4.The flexible gate can compensate for the wedge angle deviation between the gate sealing surface and the valve seat sealing surface, with good fit and ideal sealing effect;
5.The medium can pass through the gate valve from any direction on both sides, suitable as an opening and closing device on pipelines where the direction of the medium may change.
