Globe valve refers to valve whose closing key (disc) is driven by the valve stem and moves up and down along the central shaft of the valve seat. It is mainly used in pipelines to connect or shut off the medium in the pipeline, but cannot be used for throttling.
FEATURES:
1.Fluoroplastic fully lined JLJ41F46 straight through, JLJ45F46 direct flow, and JLJ44F46 angle globe valves have advantages such as compact structure, flexible opening and closing, strong corrosion resistance, and short stroke (usually 1/4 of the nominal diameter). They are widely used to shut off medium in pipeline systems such as petroleum and chemical industries. However, it should be emphasized that flow regulation is strictly prohibited for globe valves lined with fluoroplastics in case of high-speed medium flow generated at the throttling port from eroding and damaging the sealing surface.
2.The valve disc and valve stem are designed as an integrated structure to prevent the possibility of valve trim flushing out of the valve body due to pipeline pressure fluctuations. The structure is compact and safe to use.
