(5) When the product leaves the factory, it is equipped with special lubricating grease, and after assembly with valves and pneumatic actuators, it is completely sealed. It can be dust-proof and waterproof, and the protection level is IP65

Operation Instructions
①The bottom surface of the manual mechanism is connected to the valve, the bracket surface is connected to the cylinder, the valve shaft fits through the inner hole of the worm gear, and the square of the valve shaft end fit with the square hole of the cylinder. (Working process: When pneumatic, the cylinder drives the valve shaft and worm gear to rotate simultaneously. When manual, the worm and worm gear mesh together, driving the valve shaft to rotate, and the cylinder piston follows).
②When turning the handle to worm gear reunion, there will be a phenomenon of teeth collision, which can be closed by turning the handwheel by one angle. When the operating handle is turned into place, the limit rubber nut needs to be tightened.
③Unscrew the limit rubber nut, place the handle in the reunion position, operate manually, and pneumatic operation can't achieve. Rotate the handle to seperation, the worm gear and worm are disengaged, achieving pneumatic operation. It is necessary to rotate the handle back and forth to ensure the correct meshing of the worm gear and worm.
