JL300ZY-W01 / Self-operated Micro Pressure Control Valve

The self-operated micro pressure control valve does not require external energy and utilizes the energy of the regulated medium as the power source. A pressure stabilizing device that automatically controls the flow rate of the valve medium to maintain a constant downstream pressure. It is now widely used in natural gas extraction and transportation for continuous gas delivery, urban gas, as well as industrial production sectors such as metallurgy, petroleum, and chemical industry. The characteristic of this valve is high control accuracy, which can be about twice as high as the general direct operation pressure control valve. The adjusting differential pressure ratio is large (such as 0.8MPa upstream and 0.001MPa downstream), is particularly suitable for micro pressure gas control.
