The JL600-D8 pneumatic powder butterfly valve is an industrial product developed specifically for powder and particle materials. The valve body is made of lightweight high-pressure cast aluminum alloy, and the butterfly disc is made of wear-resistant polymer material lined with steel core, together with the wear-resistant rubber sealing ring, which forms a soft seal very suitable for various applications of powder and particle materials, especially for materials with strong wear resistance. In powder and particle material processing systems that require gravity feeding or pneumatic conveying, butterfly valves are often installed on hoppers, silos, screw conveyor outlets, and pneumatic pipelines.
